Things We Regret When We're Older. But not really.

This happened a while ago but I never blogged about it. I got my first tattoos. My sister gave them to me.
One on my ankle and one of my wrist. You dig?
Tyler is not a person. "Tyler Pell" is our "family" name. Each sibling has that in their name. For example: John Smith Tyler Pell. Except I don't have a brother named John Smith... although that would be sweet.

Fer realz though. Don't get tattoos without thinking about it. They are permanent and you really don't want to be stuck with something stupid for the rest of your life. You can get it covered up but still. Both these tattoos have meaning to me, meaning that won't disappear with age. I don't think I'll ever regret these. But my future tattoos are to be thought out (I thought about these for months before I got them). Be sure you really want it before you get it.

And no, it really didn't hurt all that much.

  1. I came up with a conundrum. In my event: I was determined to get a tattoo BEFORE I got intoxicated, continued to research designs and ideas DURING said intoxication, KNOWING FULL WELL THAT I'D PROBABLY END UP REGRETTING IT, and then proceeded to obtain said tattoo. To this day, [almost two weeks later?] I still do not regret it.
